While sometimes life in the internet fast lane feels like riding a luge down the Matterhorn, it’s amazing that one can wish for something, only to see it appear a few days later.
A case in point: Ning. I’ve had my eye out for a simple collaboration tool for visitors to Internet Time Wiki. Google Groups involves too much hassle: sign-up is a pain; the interface is confusing; it’s overkill. By contrast, Ning appears to be straight-forward, lightweight, and easy to use.
