What blogs help you understand what’s going on?
List a few below that you don’t expect others to name. (Not Stephen, not me, etc.)
Some randomly selected recommender will win a free copy of Informal Learning.

In a few weeks, I’ll put up a consolidated tag cloud.
Think of it as the wisdom of our crowd. It might become a barometer of what’s happening in our field.

Okay, I’ll start with three feisty bloggers who challenge the status quo:
Donald Clark’s Plan B
David Weinberger’s JOHO the Blog
Dave Snowden’s Cognitive Edge
Well i can think of several but i name two…
Anol with Soulsoup http://incsub.org/soulsoup/

Jay,
I agree with your ‘D3′ list. I’ll take a punt at three more (shall we limit our choices to 3?) that I learn from more than many others that I track:
http://blogs.salon.com/0002007/ – Another Dave – Dave Pollard – elegance, clarity and wisdom across a whole range of subjects.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Anecdote – Anecdote, does what is says on the tin, harnessing the power of narrative/storytelling
http://feeds.feedburner.com/tapestrydilbert – ‘cos Dilbert is so often exactly who we are…
Here is a great blog from another worthy challenger, Dr. Karl Kapp. Practical content updated almost everyday.

Interesting question, Jay. Considering informal learning is also about accumulating up learning from many different places, choosing just three is as difficult as it gets. I am tempted to just pick one – my feedreader because it links to all the good ones I refer to regularly. However, I’ll play by your rules. Here is my list of three.
Kathy Sierra et al (unfortunately a blog heading towards extinction) – http://headrush.typepad.com/creating_passionate_users/
Harold Jarche – http://www.jarche.com/
