I agree, that this is a must read. In a down economy, everyone has to question what they are doing and how they need to adapt to new/changing situations. As someone who already does non-traditional eLearning, I also agree with your assessment (in the comments). There will have to be some wholesale changes to the way learning and development is conducted in the future, although I’m sure they will not come as quickly as some of us might hope.
