I agree KM has been the weakest in the CLO+KM+OD+Com Learnscape. However, rather that slowing down I would imagine, with help of web 2.0 tools, KM would noe be growing faster than ever. 
As I understand the advice coming from Freek&#039;s article is: 
- Avoid documents and ensure identification of experts is possible 
- Become conscious of who should use it and for what purpose
KM would always need user discretion like we all do when Googling. For that matter isn&#039;t Google the world&#039;s largest KM system?</description>
