		<description>I don&#039;t know Jay, I get what you are saying [I think], though now that I am venturing out on my own I kind of miss the real structured workshops they used to provide at US Sprint where I worked for years. Now I am spending 15k on web development on a venture I only hope goes well, but the point is there is nobody to learn from except myself hunting down sites like this to grab a morsel of information from so that I can apply it to my own business.  I know you were basically referring to how organizations learn, but I am trying to apply the concept to a solo business. I suppose my fear is in feeling alone with this thing and that there was safety in &quot;numbers.&quot;</description>
