When I delivered the same talk in Pecha Kucha framework, I was so relaxed (because of 20 seconds/slide instead of 15). For my next Pecha Kucha, I'll first practice as if it was going to be delivered in Ignite. For now, I'm following the recommendations at the end of Confessions: the Comedian, Money Talks, Toastmasters.
