You’ll be pleased to know I removed you from the ‘Daily Plague’ promoting last week, just seemed kind of spammy to post on a daily basis. The only one I post out is the Amplify paper I created; with all this action paper.li are laughing all the way to the (viral) bank…

Hey Jay – I am one of the perpetrators of the paper.li avalanche (first on your list above). Although it is filling up people’s tweetstream, mine included, I find it is a great aggregator service to offer NON twitter users who can’t/won’t/don’t use twitter but who know and trust me.
Perhaps we all just need to turn off the promote feature from paper.li?
Another point against these things is that they credit the wrong people with a story. For example, my twitter name (@learninganorak) is all over the twittersphere today as having authored the front page story about your day out in Berlin with Paul and Harold. But that was Paul’s blog post – and a super one it was, too, with all sorts of photos and such.
I feel like such a fraud!
