Imagine what adult learners could do if we encourage them and let them learn with one another.

Education is a self-organizing system and learning an emergent phenomenon.

    Interesting, but do his theories apply to adults. When asked that question at eLearn Africa, his comment was that often not, because egos get in the way. In order to address self-teaching in adults, we need to do something to help put the adults ego aside.
