Happiness is a choice

This morning I was awakened by Flirt, our 11-pound miniature dachshund, rolling around on her back in ecstasy. Nothing new there: Flirt always wakes up in a joyful mood, squirming with bliss, her wagging tail thumping the mattress.

Flirt

How happy you are depends a lot on how you look at life.

The late Gordon MacKenxie told me to awake every day expecting a miracle.

If you expect great things to happen, they often do.

So I copied Flirt. Before getting out of bed, I stretched and smiled and told myself this would be a happy day. It worked!

When in doubt, act like your dog.

For that matter, when at the office, work like your dog. Good natured enthusiasm is contagious.

Really adorable pictures of your dog, he is beautiful. And must say you know the art of living your life in a real positive way. I really wish schools too get into the act and build positivism in kids. With the current competitive scenario, i do feel children are exposed to lots of negativity in their academic life.
