Visualizing TechLearn 2002

Situation: Fifteen hundred learning professionals attend TechLearn 2002 in Orlando. Eileen Clegg records the keynote sessions at the front of the room.
Periodically live video feeds display them on the big screens at the front of the room.

The graphics were posted in the hallways to spark discussion.

Benefits: Participants could see the relationships of elements being presented. During breaks, participants would stand at the murals, rehashing points as they pointed to "where they were" in the discussion.

The graphics are being incorporated into the official Trip Report to be shared by participants back home.

The Masie Center posts the full set of images from TechLearn on the web, as an aid to reflection and a way of walking non-participants through the presentations. Also, see Eileen's white paper on Visualization from the TechLearn site.
