•  Designed the learning model for and orchestrated new employee training events for Mercury Interactive Corporation. This project included project management and development of a realistic and relevant account case study, sales skills exercises, and an on demand eLearning community.

•  Provided consulting services for Product Marketing managers to improve their delivery of content to sales audiences. This consulting resulted in learner centric development of presentation media and delivery methodology that increased retention and reduced time to money for training audiences.
