Timing

Most of our reports are delivered electronically. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will tell you where to download your report(s). We use Adobe Acrobat to maintain the format and integrity of our reports. You will need the Adobe Acrobat reader, version 5.0 or higher. Download it for free.

Reports

You may license individual reports. You may print one copy of a report to share with colleagues, but you agree not to make copies nor to send the electronc copies to others. These reports are for personal use, not commercial exploitation. You may not create derivative works without written permission.

Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of the publisher.

Discounts

We give volume discounts. We offer reduced prices to academics, non-profits, and in special circumstances. We provide seminars, web events, publicity programs, reprints, and advisory services. We often bundle services along with reports. Call or email us to discuss your situation.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. You may pay by check but your order will not ship until your check clears. Don't be afraid to push any button — sales are not final until you confirm them.

We will never share your name and information with anyone. Ever. Your credit card information is processed on a Secure Server. We maintain a merchant account with Chase.
